Marshmallow Fondant

A kid's birthday is coming up and I thought I'd amp up the cake department and practice on my fondants. After a bit of research I opted for an easier version, the marshmallow fondant. A step by step procedure is available here.

Opted for the simple design this time as it was the practice round (!) , had some issues with the edges of the cake, as the fondant showed signs of cracking, but think I know why (most likely didn't knead it well enough before rolling.) At least I had my practice, there's actually some left for the real deal next week - watch this space!
